DK Software is operated by an individual based in China. You can reach me at contact@dksoftware.us.

The services

DK Software offers 1-on-1 consulting sessions, training programs and team solutions in software architecture, data analysis and engineering team practices. Sessions take place by video call. After you pay, I contact you by email to agree on a time.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars as shown on this website when you place your request. Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms. Team Solutions are priced in a written quote and paid by PayPal invoice.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Confidentiality

Anything you share about your company, code, data or team is kept confidential and used only to provide the service you asked for.

Materials

Notes, diagrams and documents prepared specifically for you can be used freely within your organization.

Limitation of liability

Advice and training are given in good faith, based on the information you provide. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and how you implement them. DK Software does not guarantee specific business results, and its total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published when you placed your request applies to that request.
