Refund Policy

Before a session is scheduled

If you have paid but we have not yet agreed on a time, you can cancel for a full refund.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the session and you can choose to reschedule or get a full refund.
Cancel less than 24 hours before the session and the payment is not refunded, but you can reschedule once.
A session missed without notice counts as a cancellation less than 24 hours ahead.

Sessions of a Training Program that have not taken place yet are refunded pro rata, following the same 24-hour rule for the next scheduled session.

Team Solutions follow the terms stated in the quote and on the PayPal invoice for that engagement.

Refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method. To request one, email contact@dksoftware.us with your order reference.
